Job Description:

Relief Pharmacy Assistant role within Day Lewis Pharmacy, working across various pharmacies in the North Yorkshire area, supporting teams and implementing best practices. The role involves being at the forefront of a family business, providing a second-to-none career within Pharmacy with fantastic training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers superb customer service and operates effectively
  • Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients
  • Be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team
  • Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure effective and patient-friendly customer service
  • Support the team in the provision of advanced and enhanced services
  • Work across various pharmacies, supporting a number of teams and implementing processes and best practice

Requirements:

  • NVQ2 qualification in pharmacy is essential
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
  • Ability to assist on the front counter and provide customer service
  • Ability to develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations
