Job Description:

Relief Front of House Assistant position at Vikingar, Largs. Hours are as and when required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Present a friendly, helpful and welcoming environment to all customers
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Maintain excellent communications with customers, either face to face, by telephone or in writing
  • Accurately process and record all income received from customers
  • To undertake reception duties including admissions, membership sales, bookings and general enquiries

Requirements:

  • Be computer literate

  • Interact with all stakeholders, visitors, tenants and management team, dealing with any requests and escalating these where required
  • Carry out regular patrols and inspections, both internal and external across the estate including car parks
  • Working with the various Front of House Security teams providing relief cover for breaks
  • Maintaining good order on site including the protection of everyone therein against violent acts, abuse and accident
  • The protection of private property belonging to the client, their staff and visitors against loss, theft and damage
  • Ensure basic fire precautions are in place and means of escape are kept clear
  • Providing full reports on all maintenance and security related issues
  • Escalating any contractor issues to the onsite FM / Estate Security Control Room
  • Provide information for and in accordance with company disciplinary procedures
