Job Description

Permanent Relief Driver - 39 hours per week. We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Relief Driver to join a well established Highland Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveries, ensuring excellent customer service and safe vehicle operation at all times. When not driving, you will assist within the Production Department, supporting daily manufacturing activities, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and helping ensure production targets are met.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Conduct vehicle checks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with production and packing activities
  • Follow all Health and Safety and food hygiene procedures
  • Support colleagues across departments as required

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible and dependable approach to work
  • Flexible - able to start early mornings when required
  • Ability to undertake manual handling - some lifting will be required
  • Previous driving or production experience is beneficial
  • Able to work Saturdays on occasions - overtime paid
