3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in security operations
Technical experience with CCTV systems, access control systems, and security software programming
Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot electronic security equipment
Experience with badge reader systems and access control management
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical ability to perform patrols and security checks
Intermediate computer skills for system programming, report writing, and database management
Experience leading and developing team members

Job Responsibility

Programming and configuring security control systems, including adding new cameras and badge readers
Installing, testing, and maintaining CCTV systems and access control equipment
Monitoring and managing badge access systems, including user provisioning and access level modifications
Troubleshooting technical issues with security hardware and software systems
Coordinating with IT and vendors on system upgrades and integrations
Monitoring CCTVs for any suspicious activity or security breaches
Performing physical patrols around the site via vehicle
Recording all activities in Daily Activity Reports
Monitoring and recording all visitors on the site
Retrieving incoming packages
