Job Description

The Reliability Equipment Specialist is a focused equipment expert responsible for interacting with production, engineering, EHS, and maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, using CMMS/MES systems to analyze data and improve availability/MTBF/MTTR, providing input for maintenance planning, auditing tasks, managing projects, working with contractors, conducting risk assessments, managing spare parts, and training associates.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others

Nice to have

  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in reliability-based maintenance strategies
  • Previous Reliability Process facilitation experience
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) status
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to drive change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Practicing knowledge of CMMS software
