Review test scripts and monitor integrated systems testing throughout L0–L5 commissioning phases
Validate mechanical system performance, ensuring correct response to control signals and operating modes
Document deficiencies and track corrective actions
Maintain mechanical asset models and perform failure-mode evaluations to support predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
Collaborate with operations to interpret system data, review alarms, and resolve recurring issues
Lead mechanical contributions to root-cause analyses and incident reviews
Develop and update mechanical standards, preferred vendor lists, and component specifications
Assess equipment lifecycle performance and recommend upgrades or replacements to improve reliability and cost efficiency
Review mechanical system changes and validate associated risk assessments
Advise on operational impacts of proposed modifications
Support the development of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs with accurate mechanical content

7+ years of experience with mission-critical mechanical systems, including chilled-water plants, air-handling systems, heat-rejection equipment, and controls integration
The ability to work across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams and make independent technical judgments in high-stakes environments
What we offer:
Hybrid working environment
Team building and educational opportunities
