Job Description:

The RTE is part of the ART leadership team, collaborating with product managers, platform architect, and business capability owners to deliver epics and features of large initiatives and roadmaps of the digital products. The RTE aids the agile transformation by coaching and promoting the principles of agile product delivery and operating agile ceremonies at ART level. Serving the needs of others, such as team members, employees and stakeholders. Servant leaders prioritize the well-being and growth of those they lead. Supporting and enabling the success of others, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust and empowerment

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivery Management: Coordinate multiple cross-platform topics and teams, prioritize Agile Release Trains (ARTs) activities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Use metrics to evaluate performance and improve ways of working. Ensure PI objectives and outcomes are achieved. Facilitate execution and delivery across teams.
  • Financial Management: Manage ART-level financials, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Servant-Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and empowerment within the ART.
  • Agile Values and Principles: Promote and apply Agile values and principles at the program level, coaching and mentoring of team players.
  • SAFe Framework: Facilitate PI Planning and other ART events, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement within the ART. Identify blockers and remove impediments,
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive relationships with business stakeholders, Team Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Development teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience of leading cross functional agile teams and complex software deliverables as a Scrum master, RTE or project manager
  • Experience in delivering technology solutions
  • preferably based on Workday, CSOD, MS Viva / SharePoint and SAP.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe Frameworks, values and principles, and proven track record of implementation and practical application to manage large scale cross-functional software delivery.
  • Program and Release Management, process and system change management skills.
  • Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring skills, people and process-oriented mindset
  • Conflict Management and mediation skills, clear communication
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery management tools and techniques (e.g. Azure DevOps), preferably at scale in multinational environment
  • Preferred certification in SAFe Release Train Engineering
