We are seeking a Release Management professional to oversee end-to-end release planning, scheduling, execution, and post‑deployment support. The individual will collaborate closely with product management, development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high‑quality releases across digital and IT environments.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate release planning by working with product management, development, and QA teams to define scope, timelines, and requirements
Develop and maintain release calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and managing inter‑dependencies
Communicate release plans and expectations to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring transparency and readiness
Identify and mitigate risks that may affect release timelines or quality
Oversee the complete release lifecycle—from build and test to deployment and monitoring
Support post‑release activities, including issue resolution and performance monitoring
Identify opportunities to optimise release processes and drive continuous improvement
Advocate for and contribute ideas towards automation solutions, including CI/CD pipeline integration
Track and report key release metrics to support decision-making
Resolve conflicts or issues arising during release cycles
Requirements:
ITIL, Scrum Master, or DevOps certifications
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, release management, project management, and Agile/DevOps methodologies
8–10 years of experience in relevant technology and release environments
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and related technologies (e.g., GIT, Jenkins)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
