Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage the enterprise release calendar for all Salesforce Commerce cloud and SFRA
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute releases across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Support, and Business teams
  • Oversee build, packaging, and deployment activities for SFCC,SFRA
  • Perform release readiness checks and lead Go/No-Go discussions
  • Identify release risks, manage issues, and ensure environment readiness
  • Ensure all QA gates—SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing—are completed before release
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and audit requirements
  • Monitor post-release stability and conduct release retrospectives

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing releases for SFCC
  • Exposure to release processes for Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience in mobile app release management (iOS/Android, App Store/MDM)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab) and Git branching methodologies
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 8 years of IT experience, with solid exposure to retail technology and release management
