Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain integrated release schedules aligned with project timelines, delivery cycles, and business constraints
  • Coordinate environment usage across Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments, managing bookings and data refreshes
  • Lead deployment and cutover activities, including the creation of runbooks, rollback strategies, and coordinating after-hours execution
  • Manage change records and governance controls, supporting CAB submissions and ensuring all quality approvals are met prior to release
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and scheduling conflicts to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating releases, deployments, or environment management in large, complex organisational environments
  • Strong working knowledge of change control and service management practices (e.g. ITIL), including formal governance and approval processes
  • Proven ability to manage environment readiness and support testing cycles, including SIT/UAT entry/exit criteria and defect management
