Job Description:

As Release Analyst, you will provide quality assurance on the end-to-end delivery of digital products platforms and features, from planning and execution to post-release support. You’ll coordinate across multiple teams and regions (Asia Pacific, UK) to ensure timely and smooth delivery of system/ platform releases and digital capabilities to market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for ensuring deployment of digital/ platform capabilities, including maintaining and executing on the digital deployment plan and regulating release schedules
  • interacting and having visibility to digital business, product, platform, design, requirement, content management, testing teams
  • identifying, managing, and resolving risks, issues, and blockers throughout the delivery process
  • working with local and regional teams to enable deployment readiness
  • providing local support through the release delivery cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in a release or change management role, particularly within the financial or banking sector
  • solid experience with agile project management methodologies and best practices
  • subject-matter expertise in digital channels, including technical, marketplace, and customer experience considerations
  • strong skills in managing internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities, fostering collaboration and support
  • strong planning, governance, and organizational abilities
  • ISTQB qualification is desirable but not essential
  • preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
