Job Description:

The employee will be responsible for creating a local distribution network for the distribution of home loans through contact points and direct marketing. They will be tasked with achieving home loan disbursement goals, customer profiling, and building relationships with contact points such as cement and brick dealers, engineers, and planners. The role provides exposure to the affordable home loan industry.

Job Responsibility:

Create a local distribution network for home loans through contact points and direct marketing
Create and empanel contact points including cement dealers, building planners, engineers, and masons
Promote affordable housing loans to prospective clients
Manage home loan applications and coordinate the process
Develop long-term customer relationships to generate references and deliver quality service.

Requirements:

Achieve home loan disbursement goals by executing a business plan that includes prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities
Present and promote Home Loans to prospective clients both physically and digitally
Ensure proper customer profiling on each call/prospective customer visit to identify and understand customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers for references and timely loan servicing
Perform field-based activities and marketing initiatives for lead generation as instructed by the branch manager
Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of a home loan, from application processing to the end of the customer lifecycle in the organization.
