Job Description:

Responsible for creating a local distribution network for home loans through contact points and direct marketing activities. Tasked with building relationships with contact points such as cement dealers, masons, and small-time engineers for affordable housing loan distribution. Field-based work with exposure to every aspect of affordable home loans.

Job Responsibility:

achieve home loan disbursement goals
execute business plans
network with contact points
perform field-based marketing
promote home loans digitally and physically
conduct customer profiling
build and maintain customer relationships
generate home loan leads
handle complete customer lifecycle for home loans

Requirements:

3 years of experience
ability to execute business plans
ability to network
ability to conduct field-based marketing
understanding of home loan products
ability to perform customer profiling and relationship management

Nice to have:

experience in housing loan industry
ability to use social media for marketing
