Relationship Manager

• Originate new business relationships and transactions
• Manage customers’ queries and requests
• Cross selling of banking products such as treasury and deposits to increase wallet share
• Structuring of aircraft and asset-backed financing solutions
• Establish and maintain relationship with clients and relevant internal and external stakeholders to grow business
• Structure lending and credit terms for clients with strong knowledge in and in compliance to market regulations and bank procedures and policy
• Conduct credit analysis for new applications and credit reviews, internal risk and handle documentation
• Follow through on origination to execution of bilateral and syndication deals and monitor the portfolio
• Liaising and expanding contacts with stakeholders in the Aviation & Shipping industries

• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Economics and Finance related disciplines
• At least 2 years (Associate) / 5-8 years (AVP/VP) of relevant corporate banking experience, specialising in large corporates, ideally from Automotive/ Transportation/ Aviation/ Shipping related sectors
• Well-versed in financial markets and banking products
• Strong credit analysis skills and able to interpret and analyse financial statements
• Good proficiency in Chinese language, as the RM may need to communicate with native Chinese speaking stakeholders in the Head Office
