The Mid-Corp Relationship Manager is a seasoned professional role requiring disciplinary knowledge and industry expertise. Responsibilities include client relationship management, compliance, structuring deals, and driving innovation in solutions, with significant impact on the team and business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Calls on clients to deepen relationships and anticipate future needs
  • manages internal departments to address customer service issues
  • introduces solutions for effective portfolios
  • works with specialists to structure customized solutions
  • ensures compliance with Know Your Client (KYC) and other guidelines
  • identifies cross-sell opportunities
  • drives innovation in client solutions
  • supports senior managers in structuring deals
  • shares market updates and intelligence
  • assists in researching prospective clients
  • networks for new business opportunities
  • oversees transaction submissions and annual reviews
  • protects Citi’s assets by assessing credit risk
  • ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes
  • track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
  • core credit skills
  • intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
  • ability to close deals and manage credit origination process
  • advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and statement analysis
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • self-starter with a positive approach
  • high energy, enthusiasm and motivation
  • ability to identify key priorities and communicate them clearly
  • passion for business development and meeting clients' needs
  • proactive approach to business relationship building
  • ability to embrace new technology and understand its role in client experience
  • adaptability to data insights.
