Job Description:

The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on US-headquartered companies in the Industrials sector up to $5Bn in revenue. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, facilitating credit and product solutions, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role emphasizes teamwork, business development, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acquire new, multi-product clients for the Bank and manage those relationships
  • actively build a new business pipeline and develop relationships at multiple levels
  • identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
  • work closely with cash management implementation teams and other internal teams
  • administrate the credit relationship of clients
  • coordinate and supervise processes ensuring compliance with policies
  • oversee talented junior resources
  • share market updates, trends, and intelligence
  • monitor and support products’ implementation processes
  • manage customers and transactions in CRM platform
  • verify adherence to KYC standards
  • ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi policies

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of banking, treasury / lending / markets products and processes
  • solid track record of providing banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
  • meaningful experience in structuring and approving credit solutions across different risk profiles
  • ability to coordinate multi-functional teams
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • highly focused, able to rapidly identify key priorities
  • accountable for significant direct business results
  • proactive approach to develop and strengthen business relationships
  • ability to embrace new technology
  • sharp business development focus
  • practical knowledge of regulations, market practices and bank operations
  • experience with Commercial clients in the Industrials sector
  • in-depth knowledge of banking products and services
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • FINRA Licensing - SIE, Series 63 & 79 (current or ability to obtain)
