On behalf of our client, a well-established foreign bank, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day counter operations and provide high-quality service to both customers and internal departments.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in Supervising, authorizing the day-to-day counter operations
Review, update clients KYC information on a regular basis, and other compliance related work of department
Check the daily transaction vouchers and deliver them to Financial Department in a timely manner
Prepare and check relevant reports
Add, modify and update department policy and procedure accordingly
Liaise with internal departments, customers and any third parties involved in the client's transaction
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Bank/Department
Requirements:
4+ years
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic Management or Business Related Studies
Fluency in English
Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus
Familiar with the relevant regulations, policy and procedure, and operation practice, workflow, systems
Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region
