We are looking for a Relationship Manager , responsible for acquiring and managing Mutual Fund Sub-brokers/Agents. The role involves educating and supporting sub-brokers in growing their business, assisting in client servicing, and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and knowledgeable in mutual fund products, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Acquisition of Sub-Brokers/Agents: Identify, approach, and acquire new Mutual Fund Sub-brokers/Agents
Develop strategies to expand the sub-broker network to increase market presence and revenue
Client Servicing and Support: Act as the primary contact for sub-brokers, providing guidance and responding to inquiries
Assist sub-brokers in servicing their clients efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Education and Training: Conduct regular training sessions to educate sub-brokers on mutual fund products, industry updates, and sales techniques
Keep sub-brokers informed on regulatory changes and compliance requirements
Business Development Support: Provide strategic and operational support to sub-brokers to help them grow their business
Analyze sub-brokers' performance and recommend solutions to improve productivity and client engagement
Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with sub-brokers to build trust and loyalty
Regularly engage with sub-brokers to ensure alignment with company goals and address any challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Commerce or Finance (BCom, MCom)
Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within the financial sector (insurance, mutual funds, banking, or equity markets) is preferred
Knowledge of mutual funds, financial products, and market regulations
Certifications: AMFI/ARN or NISM - V certifications are an advantage
