Job Description:

The employee will be responsible for creating a local distribution network for the distribution of home loans through contact points and direct marketing activities such as self-construction site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other activities. They will foster relationships with contact points and existing borrowers and distribute affordable housing loans.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve home loan disbursement goals
execute a business plan including prospecting, networking, and field marketing
present and promote home loans physically and digitally
ensure proper customer profiling and recommend loan products
build and maintain customer relationships
generate home loan leads through field activities
manage the complete lifecycle of home loans.
