Job Description:

Responsible for creating a local distribution network for affordable home loans through 'contact points', self-construction site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other activities. Foster relationships with local businesses and customers.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve home loan disbursement goals through business planning
Promote and present home loans to prospective clients
Build and maintain customer relationships
Perform field-based marketing initiatives
Manage full lifecycle of home loans

Requirements:

Experience with customer profiling
Networking and field-based marketing
Knowledge of home loan products
Ability to foster relationships with local distribution points such as cement dealers, brick dealers, and engineers
Coordination required for lifecycle management of customers

Nice to have:

Knowledge of digital promotion through social media channels
Experience in affordable housing loans industry
Ability to generate leads via self-construction site visits and pamphlet distribution
