Job Description:

The role focuses on creating a local distribution network for affordable home loans through contact points and field-based activities, promoting products physically and digitally, and managing the customer lifecycle for home loans.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve home loan disbursement goals
present and promote home loans to clients
build and maintain customer relationships
perform field-based activities
generate home loan leads
manage customer lifecycle from application to closure

Requirements:

Field-based marketing experience
strong business development skills
ability to build local distribution networks
knowledge of affordable housing industry
experience in customer relationship management
proficiency in social media for product promotion
ability to manage home loan lifecycle
experience in coordinating loan applications

Nice to have:

Knowledge of local building materials industry
experience working with cement dealers and masons
