Job Responsibility

  • Developing strong relationships across a portfolio of franchise estate agency partners
  • Driving product adoption
  • Delivering training and coaching
  • Identifying opportunities for growth
  • Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Helping partners achieve success
  • Creating and delivering recruitment plans to attract and engage new franchise partners
  • Onboarding new partners and supporting them to achieve long-term success and revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner branches across assigned territory
  • Conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings with estate agency partners
  • Delivering training, coaching and development sessions to branch managers and teams
  • Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption, activity levels and revenue generation
  • Developing and implementing partner growth plans aligned to business objectives
  • Supporting the delivery of onboarding and success programmes for new partner wins
  • Creating and sharing success stories and case studies
  • Managing own diary and territory effectively
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for iamproperty

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years' experience within the property industry
  • Experience in Account Management, Partner Management or Relationship Management would be advantageous
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering measurable results
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or training others to improve performance and outcomes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence delivering training to both large and small audiences
  • The ability to motivate and inspire estate agency professionals to maximise opportunities and business growth
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a busy territory effectively
  • A self-motivated and disciplined approach with a strong focus on achieving objectives
  • The ability to work independently whilst remaining highly collaborative with colleagues and wider teams
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays when required

Nice to have

Experience in Account Management, Partner Management or Relationship Management would be advantageous
