Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with custodians, CPAs, and attorneys
Manage cashiering, client records, and CRM updates
Assist clients with platform access and account navigation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3-6+ years in an RIA, brokerage, or family office
Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, or Redtail a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Polished communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
