Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a key contact for clients, anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful service
  • Lead and refine the onboarding process for new clients
  • Support financial planning and meeting preparation
  • Open and service accounts across custodial platforms
  • Coordinate with custodians, CPAs, and attorneys
  • Manage cashiering, client records, and CRM updates
  • Assist clients with platform access and account navigation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-6+ years in an RIA, brokerage, or family office
  • Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, or Redtail a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Polished communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
