Randstad is partnering with an established Financial Services organization to source and recruit for their Relationship Manager - Mortgage team based in Penang.
Job Responsibility:
Drive mortgage business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs
Focus on acquiring clientele and maximizing portfolio value through the integrated cross-selling of MRTA and MRTT loan protection products
Proactively identify and cultivate a high-quality referral network
Establish long-term alliances with key external stakeholders such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, property developers, and legal firms
Act as a subject matter expert by performing detailed financial assessments
Diagnose client requirements and recommend the most appropriate mortgage structures and financial products
Build and sustain professional rapport with both individual customers and industry partners
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, evolving market trends, and shifts in mortgage industry regulations
Ensure all sales activities and loan applications strictly adhere to the bank’s internal policies, credit guidelines, and statutory regulatory requirements
Requirements:
1 year of mortgage sales experience or real estate agent / property agent (Penang)
