You will be instrumental in assisting businesses to thrive and grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach current customers how they can leverage payment solutions (purchasing, travel, and electronic account payable) to positively impact their business
  • Learn the purchasing needs and behaviors of our current customers
  • Analyze the total business spend to identify additional opportunities to leverage our products and services
  • Build broad and technical product knowledge and an understanding of how customer processes work with our products and services
  • Assist our customers with incorporating our products into their purchasing platform and bookkeeping software
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data compliance
  • Drive incremental charge volume on the card with existing customers
  • Drive business results while delivering superior service to our customers
  • Be responsible for growing customer purchase volume in your assigned territory
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle
  • This includes outreach to business owners to set appointments, assessing the needs of current customers using a consultative approach, and driving existing account engagement
  • Educate customers on the Capital One value proposition and solutions to benefit their businesses

Requirements
