Job Responsibility:
Support advisors with onboarding and client transition activities
Coordinate account openings and asset transfers
Process distributions, including RMDs, and maintain annual RMD tracking
Partner with custodians to complete account service requests
Document all client interactions and follow‑ups in the CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2–3 years of financial services experience in a client‑facing role
Strong understanding of taxable and retirement account types
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
