Job Description

This role requires a unique combination of detail orientation and relationship‑building skills. You will play a key part in onboarding new clients, preparing account documentation, maintaining client accounts, and supporting advisors in all facets of client service. You will serve as a primary liaison between the firm and its custodial partners, ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional client experiences. Job Responsibility

  • Support advisors in onboarding new clients and facilitating smooth transitions
  • Coordinate the opening of new accounts and transfer of assets
  • Process distributions, including RMDs
  • maintain annual RMD tracking
  • Work directly with custodians to process account service requests
  • Document all client interactions and follow‑up in the firm’s CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3 years’ experience in financial services in a client‑facing role
  • Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Strong understanding of taxable and retirement account types
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
