Job Responsibility:
Support advisors in onboarding new clients and facilitating smooth transitions
Coordinate the opening of new accounts and transfer of assets
Process distributions, including RMDs
maintain annual RMD tracking
Work directly with custodians to process account service requests
Document all client interactions and follow‑up in the firm’s CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2–3 years’ experience in financial services in a client‑facing role
Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Strong understanding of taxable and retirement account types
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
