Job Responsibility:

  • Support the relationships with clients, including CEOs and Finance teams of new and scaling technology companies
  • Build effective internal networks with multiple teams across HSBC geographies, particularly with our colleagues in Innovation Banking, to provide a streamlined banking experience for our clients
  • Resolve day-to-day clients' inquiries regarding banking products, assist with navigating through complex banking processes and ensuring high level of client satisfaction
  • Portfolio tracking and reporting on the progress of ongoing clients' inquiries and special projects with Group leads
  • Assist with building deep, long-term relationships with the founders, finance partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and solution to our clients from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases as required
  • Develop a deep understanding of banking products and pursue new opportunities to support companies with lending, cash management and credit products
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent the firm and build professional networks

Requirements:

  • Role holder must be in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew
  • Entry level experience in business development/account management role ideally from the tech eco system such as software company/venture capital/consulting firm/ Tech ecosystem related
  • Passionate about technology start-ups and the venture ecosystem
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrate ability to self-learning, work effectively in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects
