This is a high-impact client-facing revenue role within a scaling financial infrastructure provider operating across payments, banking and digital assets. The business delivers cross-border payment capabilities, banking infrastructure and settlement solutions to clients operating in complex, regulated and often high-risk sectors globally. Following continued growth, they are hiring a Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients across iGaming and CFD / trading, with a clear mandate to grow revenue and deepen client engagement. This is a commercial account management position with a strong focus on revenue expansion. You will inherit an existing portfolio and be responsible for: Growing wallet share; Increasing product adoption; Identifying new commercial opportunities across payments and banking infrastructure. You’ll work closely with clients operating in high-volume, cross-border environments, where performance, reliability and regulatory alignment are critical.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and growing a portfolio of iGaming and CFD / trading clients
Driving revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell
Identifying opportunities across: Payment flows and optimisation
Cross-border settlement
Multi-currency accounts
Alternative rails (including digital assets where relevant)
Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for your clients
Building deep relationships with senior stakeholders (commercial, payments, treasury)
Monitoring client performance and proactively identifying growth levers
Working closely with compliance, operations and product teams to deliver solutions
Supporting renewals, renegotiations and commercial structuring
Maintaining strong pipeline visibility across your account base
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in payments, fintech or financial services
Proven experience managing and growing high-value client relationships
Strong exposure to: iGaming / gambling
CFD, FX or trading platforms
Demonstrated ability to increase revenue within existing accounts
Good understanding of: Cross-border payments
Payment processing / PSP models
High-risk merchant environments
Experience working in regulated or complex payment ecosystem
Fluency in Russian (essential)
Commercially driven - focused on revenue
Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Able to navigate complex stakeholder and regulatory landscapes
