Job Description

Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Relationship Executive to join our Manchester Team. The Relationship Executive will ensure that clients are funded on a daily basis; referring and informing funding decisions to the appropriate sanctioning authority managing of the client portfolio through periodic reviews and compliance with client operating conditions. You will liaise with clients to ensure full funding on a daily basis and accurate processing of client payments to deadlines with the aim to prolong client life through excellent client service and building relationships to identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurate processing of client payments to deadlines
  • Ensuring daily payments are made in full, promptly & within the agreed risk parameters
  • To seek new opportunities for BFS by proactively managing the client relationship
  • Communicate well with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Ensuring that clients are funded on a daily basis referring and informing funding decisions to the appropriate sanctioning authority
  • Close co-operation with Credit Control and Data Processing to ensure the debtor base is fundable
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

Requirements
