Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves building customer relationships, offering banking products and services, and providing financial consultation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking products
Analyze business challenges for emerging affluent customers
Present recommendations for customer inquiries and service requests
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture

Knowledge of book of business processes

Ability to educate customers on mobile banking
