Job Description:

Relationship Banker position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network serving customers with retail banking deposit and credit products and services, focusing on building customer relationships and meeting financial needs.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking products
Analyze business challenges for affluent customers
Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
