Job Description:

Relationship Banker position in Wells Fargo's Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee role that serves as an interim non-exempt position until certification completion and placement into a branch. Successful completion leads to potential placement as Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Coach, develop and build high performing team
Execute business strategies and achieve results
Drive business growth
Coach bankers to understand customer needs and build relationships
Resolve customer and employee experience issues
Identify opportunities for digital banking adoption
Lead branch operations and collaborate with stakeholders
Mentor talent development and assist in hiring
Ensure compliance with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customers
Experience building relationships with customers and community
Extensive experience identifying complex financial needs
Ability to lead digital banking adoption
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience
SAFE registration required
Ability to work most Saturdays
Ability to travel up to 50% during first 6 months
