Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for the National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves building customer relationships, offering banking products and services, analyzing business challenges, and providing excellent customer service in a branch banking environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in building relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
  • Analyze tactical business challenges for full-service banking experience
  • Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries and service requests
  • Open and service accounts within authorized limits
  • Provide information to internal partners and external sources
  • Identify opportunities to leverage partners and connect customers
  • Partner with financial advisors for investment or retirement needs
  • Provide self-service digital banking options to customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents)
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture
  • Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or completion within specified period
  • For certain states: FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) examination
  • Successful completion of licensing requirements and SAFE registration

  • Ability to educate customers on mobile banking options
