Job Description:

Relationship Banker position with Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for building customer relationships, assessing needs, and offering full range of retail banking products and services.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
Analyze business challenges related to full-service banking
Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture

Nice to have:

Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
Customer service focus with multi-system transaction experience
Proactive sourcing and relationship building skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of book of business processes
Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative
Experience making client calls
Knowledge of retail compliance controls
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching
Experience assessing customer needs and recommending products
Business acumen for financial services consultation
Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products
Ability to educate customers on digital banking
