Job Description:

Relationship Banker position at Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for building customer relationships, offering banking products and services, and providing full-service banking experience to emerging affluent and high-value customers.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
Analyze business challenges related to full-service banking
Present recommendations for resolving inquiries and service requests
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Partner with financial advisors for customers with investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options to customers

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture

Nice to have:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English, speaking and listening
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching
Knowledge and understanding of financial services consumer lending products
Experience using business acumen to provide financial services consultation to small business customers
