Job Description:

Relationship Banker for National Branch Network in Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Builds relationships with customers, offers full range of banking products and services, analyzes business challenges, and provides financial consultation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
Analyze tactical business challenges for emerging affluent and high-value customers
Present recommendations for resolving inquiries and service requests
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners and connect customers
Partner with financial advisors for investment or retirement needs
Provide self-service digital banking options to customers

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture

Nice to have:

FINRA Series 65 examination
Customer service focus with multi-system transaction experience
Proactive customer sourcing and relationship building
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of book of business processes
Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative
Experience with client calls and sales development
Knowledge of retail compliance controls and risk management
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching
Experience assessing customer needs and recommending products
Business acumen for small business financial consultation
Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products
Ability to educate customers on mobile banking options
