Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Employees will participate in building relationships with customers, identifying banking product opportunities, analyzing business challenges, and providing financial services consultation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering full range of Wells Fargo retail banking products
Analyze tactical business challenges
Present recommendations for resolving inquiries and service requests
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of book of business processes
Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative
Ability to make client calls and participate in sales development
Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching
Experience assessing customer needs and recommending products
Business acumen for financial services consultation
Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products
Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking
