Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves building customer relationships, offering banking products and services, analyzing business challenges, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
Analyze tactical business challenges related to full-service banking
Present recommendations for resolving inquiries and service requests
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners and external sources
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options to customers

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or must be completed within specified period
For specific states: FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) examination required

Knowledge of book of business processes

Experience mentoring and peer-coaching
Experience assessing customer needs and recommending products
Experience providing financial services consultation to small business customers
Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products
Ability to educate customers on mobile banking options
