Job Description:

The CPC Relationship Banker role involves managing client accounts, driving customer engagement, achieving compliance with KYC/AML norms, and providing exceptional customer experiences as part of the Private Client Coverage group.

Job Responsibility:

Review CPC customer needs and asset allocation
Advise CPC customers to mobilize additional funds and sell other fee-based products/services
Review product penetration and identify potential CPC customers for tailored products
Ensure customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning coverage
Organize CPC customer events to enhance customer bonding
Acquire new CPC customers through referral leads
Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and compliance norms
Assess risk and make recommendations in alignment with compliance and ethical standards

Requirements:

0-2 years relevant experience
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Strong adherence to KYC/AML and compliance norms
Ability to provide exceptional client experience
Proficiency in risk assessment and policy interpretation
