Job Description:

Senior Branch Network Management Trainee position with Wells Fargo in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position until certification completion and placement into a branch. Successful completion leads to Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role.

Requirements:

4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute business plans
Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience with affluent, high net worth, and small business customer segments
Experience building relationships with customers and community
Ability to identify complex financial needs
Ability to lead a team to connect customers to digital banking
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Relevant military experience
SAFE registration at time of employment
Ability to work most Saturdays
Ability to travel up to 50% of time during first 6 months

Nice to have:
