Job Description:

Relationship Banker position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Employees who are not fully licensed will participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program as a Relationship Banker LP (SAFE) until licensing requirements are completed.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering full range of Wells Fargo retail banking products
Analyze business challenges related to banking experience
Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options to customers

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture

Knowledge of book of business processes
Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching

Ability to educate customers on digital banking options
