Job Description:

Relationship Banker for National Branch Network in Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Builds relationships with customers, offers full range of banking products and services, and provides financial consultation to meet customer needs.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
Analyze business challenges related to full-service banking
Present recommendations for resolving inquiries and service requests
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
SAFE registration

Customer service focus with multi-system transaction experience
Proactive relationship building skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of book of business processes

Experience assessing customer needs and recommending products
Business acumen for financial services consultation
Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products
Ability to educate customers on mobile banking options
