Job Description:

Relationship Banker position with Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. Responsible for building customer relationships, identifying banking product opportunities, and providing full-service banking experience.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in building relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for offering Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products
Analyze business challenges related to full-service banking
Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries
Open and service accounts within authorized limits
Provide information to internal partners to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to leverage partners
Partner with financial advisors for investment needs
Provide self-service digital banking options to customers

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents)
State Insurance license(s)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or must be completed within specified period
For certain states, FINRA Series 65 examination required
SAFE registration at time of employment

Nice to have:

Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
State Insurance license(s)
Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
Proactive sourcing and relationship building skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of book of business processes
Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative
Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching
Experience assessing customer needs and recommending products/services
Business acumen for financial services consultation
Knowledge of financial services consumer lending products
Ability to educate customers on digital banking options
