Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary service contact, building relationships with prospects and existing Innovation Banking clients.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and account opening for Israel and US accounts, and oversee openings across global branches in line with procedures.
  • Review customer information to identify and close CDD gaps, securing all required data and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Management and offshore back-office teams to deliver tasks within agreed service levels.
  • Provide day-to-day banking support for Israeli accounts and assist with clients’ global banking needs across HSBC territories.
  • Perform ongoing risk monitoring and operational risk activities, applying Group Policies and regulatory requirements consistently.
  • Build strong internal networks across the Innovation Banking platform to enable effective delivery.
  • Stay current and operate in line with local and US regulations and HSBC risk/compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew
  • High level of attentiveness to details, with strong business sense and able to make sensible business judgments
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers, strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Strong work ethic, extremely self-motivated, and success driven.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively.
