You will go through a tailored internal further training program that supports you on the way to becoming a travel consultant. You will develop your competencies and learn extensive knowledge for your new role. As a travel consultant, you will then be responsible for the care and advice of our customers at our train stations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the host in our DB travel centers
  • Become an expert for our travel offers and services
  • Advise guests competently on service requests, ticket purchases, travel planning, and use of digital apps like DB Navigator
  • Find good solutions for customers

Requirements:
