Reinsurance Operations Analyst | Hybrid – London I’m currently working with a global reinsurance business looking to hire a Reinsurance Operations Analyst into their London team. This is a strong opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate looking to build a career within insurance/reinsurance in a highly analytical role. The position offers exposure to: • Reinsurance claims and reporting • Financial and operational processes • Data analysis and account reconciliation • Working closely with reinsurers, brokers and claims teams Looking to speak with candidates who are: ✔ Strong analytically with good Excel skills ✔ Organised and detail-oriented ✔ Proactive with a willingness to learn ✔ Interested in the insurance/reinsurance market Previous insurance or claims experience is advantageous but not essential.
