Job Responsibility

  • Lead and execute change initiatives and enhancement projects
  • Analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, and propose solutions/designs
  • Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and the onshore development team

Requirements

  • Excellent expertise in SAP FS‑RI (Base and Risk Manager Non‑Life), including closing processes, and data model understanding
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a reinsurance business analyst and subject matter expert in SAP FS-RI
  • Minimum one cycle End‑to‑end implementation experience SAP FS-RI
  • Able to work independently and deliver changes/projects with minimal guidance
  • Highly client‑focused team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • German or Italian are a plus (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)

Nice to have

  • SAP BW, SAP FS‑CD, ABAP or financial accounting expertise is a strong advantage
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus
  • SAP FI expertise including ALE knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure

  • Support administration system mapping between client seriatim data and RGA standard data layout
  • Perform trend analysis on reported actual experience per treaty
  • Support Administration system enhancement and perform Business User Acceptance Testing
