Requirements

Experienced ground worker/labourer from a drainage/construction background
Experience in areas such as concreting, flagging, tarmacking, block paving etc
CSCS essential
Ideally will have confined spaces, shoring and excavator tickets/training
Want to be part of an exciting, growing and progressive business
Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
Hold a full UK driving licence
DBS check (or willingness to have one)
MUST live in one of the areas listed above

Job Responsibility

Carrying out drainage repairs and excavations on site
Working on ground work projects, drainage related minor repairs, pipe work renewals, patch lining fixes and general reinstatements across commercial and residential and industrial
Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Commitment to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider – this may involve participation in on call rotas or occasional unsociable hours
